Elevera Academy, LLC (“Elevera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit eleveraacademy.com (the “Site”), subscribe to our communications, purchase a digital product, or participate in an Elevera community (together, the “Services”); how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms and Conditions, which incorporate it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name and email address when you subscribe to Aesthetic Reflections, join a waitlist, download a guide, or create an account.
• Purchase details — your name, email, billing address, and the product purchased when you buy a digital product. Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; Elevera never sees or stores your full card number.
• Community profile and contributions — the profile you create and the posts, questions, and comments you share in an Elevera community space.
• Correspondence — messages you send us through the Site’s support form, by email, or in reply to our newsletters.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit.
• Email engagement — whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, collected by our email platform through standard tracking pixels and tracked links.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.

Health information

Elevera is an education company, not a healthcare provider, and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We do not ask for and do not need your medical history to deliver the Services. If you voluntarily share health details in a community post, a support message, or a reply to a newsletter, that information is treated as ordinary personal information under this Policy and does not create a patient relationship. Please do not share sensitive medical information with us; direct medical questions to your own licensed provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver what you asked for — send the newsletter or guide you subscribed to, grant access to the product you purchased, and admit you to the community you joined.
• To process payments, send receipts, and maintain purchase records.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To send educational content and, where you have opted in, information about Elevera products, launches, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the Site and emails are used, so we can improve the content and the experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, account sharing, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions — email delivery and list management, checkout and payment processing, community and course hosting, website hosting, analytics, and customer support tools. Each provider may use your information only to perform its service for us.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevera, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — if Elevera is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction — when you ask us to share it or post it publicly, such as content you post in a community space, which is visible to other members of that space.

4. Email Communications

When you subscribe, join a waitlist, or purchase a product, you consent to receive email from Elevera, sent under the name “Kristin, Your Aesthetic PA.” These emails include educational content and may include information about Elevera products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we will honor the request promptly. Purchasers may continue to receive transactional messages about their purchase and product access even after unsubscribing from marketing.

5. Community Spaces

Content you post in an Elevera community is visible to the other members of that community and to Elevera staff. Community spaces are private to members but are not confidential in the legal sense; do not post anything you would not want other members to see. We ask every member to keep what is shared in the community inside the community, and our Terms and Conditions prohibit screenshotting or sharing other members’ posts, but we cannot guarantee that every member will comply.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in where applicable, and understand how visitors use the Site. Some cookies are set by third-party services we use, such as analytics and video hosting. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; some features of the Site may not work properly without them. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period afterward to honor suppression requests. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Community content remains in the community unless you delete it or your membership ends and the platform removes it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established third-party platforms for payment processing, email, and community hosting that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may at any time:

• unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message;
• update your community profile or delete your own posts within the community platform;
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@myelevera.com.

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Elevera does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@myelevera.com; we will verify your identity by confirming the email address on file and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact hello@myelevera.com and we will delete it.

11. Visitors Outside the United States

Elevera is based in the United States, and the Services are operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.

12. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site and our emails may link to third-party websites, and portions of the Services are delivered through third-party platforms for checkout, email, and community hosting. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and this Policy does not apply to their practices. We encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be noted on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
